Due to my background as a corporate and financial law lawyer, I have a broad knowledge of (inter)national legislation applicable to financial companies.

I also have extensive knowledge of the Wft, Wwft, Sanctions Act and Wtt 2018 and other financial laws and regulations. I advise and support financial companies with regard to drafting their CDD policies. I also assist financial companies with legal advice on supervisory law issues.
